My experience of renting a Nike for my Slovenia stay could not have been better. Arriving in Ljubljana without any idea where I was, Miha made contact easy (via WhatsApp) and delivered my booked road bike to me! What an amazing experience riding around Ljubljana and a special visit to the Bike Park. We lost our directions due to a technology malfunction and they were so accommodating they offered to take us to the bike park and haul the bikes and came to pick the bikes up for us as well. Great bikes in really good shape as well. My son in an avid mountain biker so the equipment really mattered to him and these bikes did not feel like rental bikes in any way! Highly recommend and will rent again! Thanks

Miha has been brilliant. Bikes perfect. Service excellent. We were unable to carry on trip half way through due to illness. Miha dropped everything to sort us out without any fuss. He is a Class act. He even went to the pharmacy to pick up some medicine’s.

We rented two bikes and it was perfect. Miha brought the bikes in the morning to our appartments, he equipped one of them with rack and panniers so we had plenty of space for our things. He even provided a beautifull route for us to lake Podpesco, where we had a wonderfull afternoon. It was no problem for him to pick up the bikes late in the evening. What a perfect service!

Miha was friendly and eager to help. He set the bike to my size, apart from helmet he gave me a bottle, lights and lock. He offered to collect the bike from accommodation all of these without extra charge. The bike was an almost new E- bike in mint condition. Thank you Miha.

Wow, what a day! I had booked an eMTB to be able to explore several hills during the day.
The eMTB was perfect for this, doing over 2000 meters of climbing across various amazing sceneries, both offroad within forests, on gravel and on regular roads. The eMTB made this experience much less exhausting, and much more enjoyable as means of exploration.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Though his shop is just outside the city center, it was right next to many nice scenic routes, and can be reached either by taxi or bus (with some walking).
Very recommendable in case you want a day or more of exploring the hilly countryside next to the capital!

Excellent Experience! Very good quality, new bikes. We rented for 7 days. The owner kept our suitcases and provided saddle bags lights, locks, helmets, repair kit and everything necessary for a weeks cycling tour all included in the price. It is also cheaper if you rent for several days. He brought the bikes to our hotel and also picked them up at the hotel on return along with our suitcases.The owner is very nice and offers an excellent service. We will definitely repeat if we return. Thankyou!

On a whim, I rented a road bike for a week. Miha was super nice and made all the adjustments I wanted to the bike on short notice while I enjoyed a cappuccino. A helmet, tools for changing a tube, and a saddle bag were all included in the price. I highly recommend Miha — everything was perfect.

Highly recommend Bike Experience Ljubljana. Miha was super helpful, the bikes were well maintained and a great price. Delivered them and collected from our hotel. We had a major mech and Miha came out to meet us un Bled to fix our issue at no extra charge. Slovenia itself is a cyclists dream, epic mountains, stunning scenery and the roads and cycle paths are in excellent condition.

I have to admit I never do reviews but Miha with Bike Experience Ljubljana absolutely made my trip while there. First off, he rented me a great gravel bike that he said would be more comfortable for my ride than the road bike. I picked out online. then he set my route every day for me. One day hills, one day flat. He couldn’t have been nicer. Attached to the pictures where he suggested, I have lunch one day well deserved after the climb!!!.

We were a group of six riders who rented bikes for 6 days, and the entire experience was fantastic.
The Bikes: Excellent quality. Most of them came fully equipped with everything needed for the ride, and they even offered Shimano pedals.
The Service: We encountered a technical issue with a chain during the trip, but it was resolved immediately without any hassle.

Renting a car is cheaper, but dont tell your wife. The Bianci gravelbike was great for exploring Slovenia on tarmac and gravel. The communication was good by email/app with the owner.

Offered to drop off and pick-up my bike in Old Town after I told him, I was going to take a taxi out to his shop. He took is time on place for ajustements and gave me ride suggestions suggestions. Amazing bike rental service. I cannot recommend it enough. Miha delivered and picked the bikes up from our accommodation in Ljubljana. The bikes were supplied with lights, tools, pumps, spare tubes and helmets (and locks if needed).
There was a problem with the bike I had originally hired so Miha gave me a free upgrade to a beautiful BMC roadmachine with electronic gearing.
My partner and I hired two bikes for 8 days to explore Slovenia and Italy. We had absolutely no issues with the bikes. The price was unrivaled for the quality too.

I rented a road bike for a week. Mikha installed the pedals as I requested, along with a helmet and repair kit. We arranged a meeting, and he delivered the bike. I was pleased with the bike's technical condition. I hope to visit Slovenia again and will rent a bike there again!

Such a great experience! We rented two road bikes (BMC & Ridley) and they were in perfect condition. Light, fast, and a dream to ride around beautiful landscapes. We had a great experience with renting our e-bikes from Miha and Urska for a long period, to see much of NW Slovenia. The communication from them to us in Australia was informative right from the start and throughout our journey. The bike compatibility and detail was perfect and they assisted with bike routes and tips. Our overall experience was way beyond our expectations. The quality and performance of the bikes, panniers, helmets was best in class. We’ve rent two road bikes to do a small bike trip around the west of Slovenia. The bikes were great, and we really enjoyed doing our trip with them. Miha was super nice, helpful and convenient, agreeing on getting back the bikes directly at the hotel.

Hired a couple of road bikes for a couple of great days of riding and scenery. Bike Experience owner Miha helped us beyond just supplying us bikes with route suggestions, let us leave our car parked at his place and even messaged us warning of a pending downpour. Very helpful and a lovely guy. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

Highly recommended. I was very impressed with the eMTB’s we rented for a week from Bike Experience Ljubljana. Miha was very prompt & accurate with information & nothing was too much trouble for him. He gladly stored our bags for us for the week & even received a courier package for me while I was cycling. He knows the area well, & helped us to plan great routes for our itinerary - top bloke. Miha is responsive, communicate well and is both flexible and on time. The bike was as announced and in good working order with the proper tool and spare kit. Miha did share advices, good routes. The rain was against me but I managed to have a greate ride. The Slovenian people are courteous, the road are well maintained and with proper signage. The country side is beautiful and clean, great road in the mountains with nice scenery. I will try to comeback for longer and with friends! Enjoy?

Highly recommend renting out a bike with them. We got some insane light bikes, fully kitted out with di2, navigation for a great price. The owner even delivered the bikes for us to the bus station. Slovenia is great for cycling with some challenging climbs. When we come back, we will definitely rent the bikes from here again!

Bike experience is an excellent service. Very helpful and accommodating people. Nikka and Ursula could not have been more helpful. Bike was great. POT loop route is good and challenging but you can lose it easily in places. Use the app not google maps. Highly recommend this bike rental service. They even drove me back to my hotel.
